“I find it intriguing to pick apart movement patterns to determine underlying dysfunction. We’re going to find the root of your problem and fix it.”

Kirsten is the Technique Development Specialist at Renew Movement™, Master Coach, and Instructor of Levels 1-3 Renew Movement™ courses. She has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology/Anatomy, a Masters in Exercise Physiology/Biomechanics and has 23 years of personal training under her belt.

  • Hobbies: Running, spending hours hiking to mountain tops (she just completed rim to rim of the Grand Canyon!), cooking, international travel, photography and scuba diving.
  • Favorite Ailments to Treat: Anything complicated. The longer you’ve had it (chronic pain) the more interesting it is to find the root cause. I also specialize in pelvic obliquity, meaning all things pelvis and back pain are my specialties.
  • A Little Something About Me: I have a photographic memory for everything anatomical. I also won my ninth grade belching contest. 😛
  • Favorite Music: I’ll listen to anything.
